Using Kuluri, or paying for placement on it, means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site and do not pay for anything.
The short version. Every payment is final. Nothing is refundable — not a bid, not a founding fee, not a placement that was later removed. Placement is advertising you bought, not an endorsement by us. We can remove any listing or board at any time, for any reason, and doing so does not entitle you to money back.
Kuluri is a paid ranking board. Position is determined by one thing: the total amount paid toward a listing. There is no algorithm, no editorial review, no testing and no assessment of any listed business.
A high position is not a recommendation. It means somebody paid more than the people below them. Nothing on this site is advice — financial, legal, gambling or otherwise — and you should not treat a ranking as any indication that a business is safe, solvent, licensed or honest. Check that yourself before dealing with anyone.
Payments are made on-chain in USDC on Base. They are irreversible by design: once a transaction settles, neither we nor anyone else can reverse it.
You may open a new category for $101 and hold first place on it. The fee counts toward your placement total, so displacing you costs more than that total.
We may remove or hide any listing, board, name or description at any time, for any reason or none, without notice, and without refunding anything you paid. We do not have to explain a removal or reinstate anything.
Things that will get content removed include, but are not limited to: anything unlawful; anything infringing someone's trademark or copyright; impersonation; attacks on a person or company; slurs or hateful content; sexual content; malware, phishing or deceptive destinations; and category names that are not real market segments.
You are responsible for what you submit. By paying you confirm you have the right to list the business and use the name, description and imagery you supply, and you agree to cover any loss we suffer from a claim arising out of what you submitted.
Some listings were added by us to populate the boards and have never been paid for. They are marked as unpaid and rank below every paid position. If you represent a business listed this way and want it gone, contact us and we will remove it.
The site is provided as-is. We do not guarantee that it will be available, that it will keep working, that your listing will be seen, that it will bring you traffic, customers or revenue, or that any board will continue to exist.
We may change pricing, mechanics, boards, features or these terms at any time. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected with this site is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous thirty days.
Where the site awards points, they are a discretionary loyalty mechanic. They are not money, not a security, not a claim on us, and carry no guaranteed value. We may change how they are earned, what they are worth, or discontinue them entirely, at any time.

For removals, complaints or anything else, email removals@kuluri.com. Removal requests from a business about its own listing are actioned first, and we do not ask you to prove anything before removing a listing you did not pay for.
